Had a great experience working with Jeff! I’m a student and was dealing with a lot of unmanaged stressed earlier this year that exacerbated my gut and nervous system health. I’ve noticed a huge difference from before I started acupuncture with Jeff and now - in general I feel much less tense, am not in constant muscle pain and am much more flexible and limber. It’s always surprising to me how quickly this works too - I came in one day barely able to hold my phone from wrist pain and an hour later, I was pain-free. This has become my non-negotiable wellness investment for the year and I’m so grateful to have found it!
Jeff is a phenomenal acupuncturist. He has this innate ability to understand the ways in which pain and discomfort manifest in the body and identify the best healing treatment for you through accupuncture and or traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Every time I have a session with Jeff, I am always in such disbelief at how all of the aches and pains that I walked in with, seem to magically melt away by the time I leave. His healing energy is undeniable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
