I called this company requesting a product that my chemical supplier was out of. I spoke to a man named AJ. AJ was VERY helpful. He explained why the chemical was out, gave me ideas for alternative products, and referred me to 2 different chemical companies. I was confused mid-way into our conversation as to why he was recommending products that he couldn't sell and giving me referrals to companies lose to me that did sell them.
