Ordered mudcake with ubereats. Order was unfilled because it was cancelled. Said driver waited for 5mins. I specifically noted in my instructions to go to the storeroom as there would always be someone in there. And I was charged for the cheesecake which we didn't receive! I asked for the rego of the delivery as I want to check our cameras if driver was really there but nobody got back to me!
love the cheesecake, no complaints there. unfortunately the service today was very unfriendly, and rude. left a sour taste. very disappointed
What a waste of time. Ordered online for pick up and went into collect. None of the desserts I ordered were in stock, also won’t be until Wednesday and today is Monday. The website let me order some desserts and let me collect it the same day I ordered. Makes no sense and when asked if I want to cancel instead I said yes. Then was told oh sorry have to wait until tomorrow for my manager to do it. So mad. If it showed not available I would understand. But nothing.
