We used to be loyal customers of the Cheesecake Shop. Every year, we'd order cakes from them for our family's birthdays. A few years ago, we noticed a decline in the quality of their cakes. Our favorite Black Forest cake used to be filled with cherries and chocolate chips. Over the past two or three years, the cherry has been reduced to 3 , and there's only a handful of chocolate chips. Entered the shop and waited almost 10 minutes to be served. They heard the bell when I walked in so no reason as to why they were so delayed. The cake was nice as usual.
I was disappointed in the service I received when I went to pick up a cake the other day. The lady who served me was rude and didn’t even smile or use her manners. I asked to add some writing on the cake and the lady said it’s $5 extra and because I didn’t hear her properly the first time I go huh and she said it again rudely with an attitude and I go oh yeah that’s fine. Great customer service. Went in the evening and the guy behind the desk was super helpful. I'm muslim so I can't have any cake with alcohol/ geletin in it but he let me know which cakes suited my dietary requirements (halal) without me even having to ask...I Really appreciated!
