I had a new account number at the same bank with the same routing number gave them all the information and they put it in their system and said they would automatically process it when due I got a call today telling me it was returned I said impossible turns out they sent it to the old account and are now charging me more money for your mistakes. I had to come to the store to get it straight and still not sure they got it this time either but I told them to process it while I am here and making sure I don't have to come back
