After several visits to this location, I can honestly say I will never set foot in that store again. It is a very busy store and everyone who visits understands and appreciate that there will be a wait. After all it is not a fast food joint. However, it does not help the situation when the store has a long line and the customer service clerks casually conduct personal conversations amoung themselves with only one window open to service the customers.
