My parents lived at the Chateau McKinney for several years (2018-2020) until my mother needed more care. The staff truly cared about my parents. We loved Nicole, the director, she helped us out so many times. She was kind and very knowledgeable about services and ways to help my parents. When the pandemic started she was so very good at keeping everyone informed to the changes being made for everyone's safety. Clinton was especially helpful also when my parents needed extra reassurance or help he was always there for them.... read more
