Been ordering here for years and has always been top notch for my sailboat upgrades!
Came in with my son today to buy marine epoxy. He had done his research and wanted zero VOC marine epoxy. He politely asked the older guy at the desk if this was available. "It's all down there, SIR". OK, do you have zero VOC epoxy? Clerk didn't know what that was. He did come out from behind the cash, but was abrasive in both his body language and his tone of voice, and his words. He kept calling my son "SIR" in a really weird, disdainful way.
