Always very pleased with the service and support from the Chandlery. Staff are polite, and knowledgeable. From in store purchases or placed orders, they are prompt and have very reasonable prices. Our go to place in Ottawa!
Some staff very helpful and a pleasure to deal with (thank you Matt!), others either aren’t helpful or have little knowledge of what they are selling. Steve knows his inventory very well and can often get obscure parts for old boats. Return policy is pretty limited (e.g. ordered a part, it didn’t fit, and despite being brand new in packaging and unused, they charged me a restocking fee and would only give store credit). This marine supply store is in a good location. There is parking near the entrance. Large selection of boating related products. Everything is neatly displayed and clearly priced. The customer service was satisfactory
