When I was selecting our outdoor furniture, I advised the sales person that I wanted high quality furniture and with a long warranty. The Chair King sales person, Thomas Davidson directed me towards a series that had a 15 year warranty. I spent almost $7,900 on our outdoor furniture. I purchased bar stools from here. I bought two at a time for a total of almost \$1,000. Anthony was very helpful. When I went to pick up the last two I was treated extremely rudely by Robert from the moment I walked in the door. He was on a personal phone call and just sat there giving us dirty looks. Then he tells the person on the phone that he has customers. He asked what I wanted once again rudely. He snatched my invoice out of my hand and went to the back. Great product, great service, great prices! My favorite for outdoor furniture!
I bought a \$100 swing for my daughters new house in Austin from the Plano store. The closing was in 45 days however the swing was on sale so I bought it. The front porch was too small to accommodate the swing so I needed to return the swing, however I didnt realize "NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS!" I should have been more diligent in noticing this statement however I think the store salesman should have brought this to my attention after I hold told him I was buying this for a house we wouldnt be getting for another 45 days.
