We've been getting our work chairs from Ken for almost a decade now, and he's always be an amazing help. I purchased a refurbished working office chair 8 years ago which is still going strong. Phenomenal service from Ken. Have had repairs done and the great work I received from him has made me a long term customer. Chairguys will be my first and only stop for purchasing chairs.
What amazing service. My son's chair was damaged - part of the plastic base holding a wheel had broken off. It was a very heavy chair and I left it on the back seat of the car and went in to ask Ken if he could fix it. Several people had told me - just get a new chair! Ken came to my car, looked at the base and said 'no problem'. 'Do you want a new plastic or metal base? I said 'metal'.
