We've been getting our work chairs from Ken for almost a decade now, and he's always be an amazing help. I purchased a refurbished working office chair 8 years ago which is still going strong. We've also purchased chairs for our family which are all excellent. Most recently, I asked him to repair an expensive chair I bought new from him 8 years ago.
