Paid $88 for a callout fee. Made an appointment for my husband's electric chair to be picked up. My husband was in hospital & I forgot. I left a message at least 6+ times to make another time to be picked up, with no response. I eventually drove to the factory in Malaga & the guy didn't know anything about me ever leaving a message. I got another guy, Steve's number from them. I rang, he picked up chair yesterday & delivered it back today. He was amazing. Chair all repadded & electrics fixed. Hello, Had a busted base on an expensive gaming chair, called up the chair doctor, popped in with the broken part, found a suitable replacement as well as a sturdier material, 2nd hand 33$, exactly what I needed, received excellent advise regarding repairs, repair is complete, I am rolling about :D Would also like to mention that I received a gas piece (I think)which has the much needed clip to attach at the bottom of the chair for free as it was heading to the tip, I needed that clip so I am just stoked !!
