Really disappointing service. We paid the call out fee, got zero communication then after weeks of us chasing them finally got a response of “parts are at least $580 and that might not work and therefore we are not going to help you”. Then a competitor came, and fixed the recliner on the spot for $300. I suspect we were just used for a call out fee with no intention of ever fixing the chair.
Homecareequipment are very unprofessional
Beautiful service. Front desk was right on the ball. We worked out exactly what was needed. The price was really good and I got lots of help with loading and unloading.
Put a quote request in online to have a recliner fixed on a modular couch. Received a prompt and reasonable quote (within a business day) and called right away to lock in a time. Spoke with Leonie over the phone who was super lovely and informative and was able to book in the job the next day. Joe then came out, who was very professional and great to talk with. The job was then done in 15 minutes! Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend this company!
