The driver cut me off while driving and when I called to tell them the driver was driving erratically the MANAGER told me if I didn't have the plate or information they couldn't help (I have the plate cysv88) I told her I have the plate she then proceeded to have attitude when asking for it. I repeated it multiple times finally I raised my voice so she could hear me and she hung up. REFUSES to answer me calling back. Waited at riverside since 7:50 to catch the 8:19 to bv, waited till about 8:40 and now I get to ride the entire route from Walmart to bv, please do better at being on time and actually hitting your stops when you say you will! Some of us have medical appointments and we use you for that. Édit: it is now 9:04 still waiting to leave, should’ve been there by now :(
