If you are a contractor don't send any business to this law firm. They will not protect you, they don't inform you when a settlement is being sent to a customer, even if your company name is on the check with the homeowner name. We had someone deposit the check without us endorsing it, and put a roof on with another contractor. When we found out, the bank agreed to cancel the check and then The Chad T.
