The pool and several amenities are frequently broken or unavailable, yet rent keeps going up every single year. Feels like residents are paying more while getting less.
Maintenance requests take forever and usually get patched instead of properly fixed. Hard to justify the rising rent when basic issues are constantly ignored.
Used to be a great place a few years ago, but the rent increases have become completely unreasonable. Most of the long term tenants I knew have already moved out because renewals are priced absurdly high.
Towne Centre has become disappointing under the new management. Before signing, make sure future rent increases are clearly disclosed upfront, because this seems to be a recurring issue in other recent reviews as well. The initial price may look attractive, but rent increases after signing can be significant. A lot of long term tenants appear to have left for the same reason.
