I lived at The Centre, and the apartment itself was very nice, modern building, great view, and a comfortable space to live in. Unfortunately, all of that was overshadowed by how the management treated us. Our move-out experience was awful. No one did a walkthrough with us, even though they said the superintendent would call. We were very careful tenants, never wore shoes inside, and left no burns, rips, or big stains. Management harasses me and my family on the daily. They constantly accuse us of doing things when they have zero proof of anything. They know that the lady living across the hall always has her dogs off leash and one of them even bit me and they laughed in my face and did nothing about it. All recent reviews of how managment has gone downhill, them being rude and condescending and also the overall quality of the building decreasing are all accurate. Steam room hasn’t worked since June Sauna takes 28 minutes (I counted) to warm up to decently warm temps Management can’t give clean clear responses and always dance around the truth. Since ownership changed fall 2025, expect to pay near $3k a month and up. They have greatly increased the price for multiple previous tenants who have already moved out. I'm highly considering this as well. Amenities not that great either. Most of the year, the pool and the rooftop patio area is closed off.
