Great team and achievement orientated atmosphere.
This office was run very efficiently from the receptionist to the assistants. All employees friendly and dedicated to improving whatever brought you to them.
I have seen physical therapists in the past but my experience at CAO was far by the best. I won't go anywhere else. The knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and overall caring nature of the staff was excellent. I have been a patient on and off for several years and I highly recommend them.
I can not share an experience on the PT’s but I am not happy with the scheduling portion. I made an appointment several weeks out and got a call the day of about a missed appt. I mentioned I never received a reminder call/text/email and was informed they do not do those. Than she proceeded to tell me I now will be billed for the appointment missed. I’ll not be rescheduling or suggesting anyone use this facility.
