This place used to be amazing. They offer adult autism testing and all kinds of testing that isn’t usually accessible. They’re life changing in that sense and I have so much respect and love for them for that. Audrey was amazing. Anything I needed she communicated right away with me. I have never been in a counseling situation before and did my research on Jason only to become very disappointed. Upon my arrival, I was directed to sit in the waiting area. Ten minutes late into the appointment, Jason came out and there was confusion as to why I was there. Jason brought me back into the room and asked me if I was there for testing. Signed and ROI months ago expecting a call that never came. Had to ask my psychiatrist for the name of the facility. Finally schedule and appointment with them. Only to find they don't take Medicare the morning of said appointment. $1200 that I don't have for ADHD screening.
I was told they could help me figure out what is going on with me, and that I could have all my care managed by one person in one place. They found out I had borderline personality disorder and basically said "sorry we can't help people like you" and referred me to services that they knew I already failed at.
