Following a few falls, my husband went to learn some balancing techniques. Most beneficial, new awareness of posture, bending, balancing, using all his senses. He fell two more times during the course of treatment and what happened was immediately addressed and corrected. Increased understanding of how best to stay safe as we age! Trick is to do the recommended exercises faithfully.
The Center for Balance came to the Barrington of West Chester and did a Vertigo presentation......Dr. Shumrick was very professional and helps so many residents. His team is amazing!! I would refer all for any dizziness or balance issues. Thank you! Stephanie Wehrman Executive Director
