I was extremely happy With Jess, she was knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely will be working with her on my issues. She is awesome to have at the Senior Center in Needham Heights.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great programs and fitness center is top notch with helpful trainers. The coffee is great too.
