We were a little worried about my Grandma rehabbing here after a stroke due to some of the reviews. However, we toured prior and were impressed with the cleanliness and were having a difficult time finding a place. We are very happy with the care she received the two weeks she was at The Center at Lincoln. She received great care and rehabilitation and was able to return to her assisted living facility. We had a very good experience!

I spent about a week and a half here after leaving the hospital. It is a clean facility, good amenities, and generally good personnel. There were a few things that bring their rating down. For instance, sometimes when Physical Therapy was scheduled nobody showed up. But more concerning was the fact that they would often take a long time to answer a call button. And often medications were combined rather then given at specific individual times. At one point they had to call 911 on me because I was having slurred speech, etc. ... read more

Having been looking for the best care for my father-in-law, was severely disappointed in the service of the folks on the phone. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed annoyed by my questions and upset to be speaking to me.. If this is who they have representing them, will certainly make the effort to go somewhere farther for better service.
