If I could give them zero stars I would! My father was sent here for P/T after being hospitalized for an infection and pneumonia. He was here for 1 week and i started seeing a decline on the 6th day and expressed my concern by the 7th day he could barely speak and did not know my name. I demanded they either call the ambulance or I was going to. As soon as the paramedics arrived the nurse or CNA told them he was having black stools which is a sign of internal bleeding!!!! The Center at Lincoln, has been a wonderful experience, compared to the last rehab facility my grandmother was at! Staff is friendly, food was good. The best part of this experience, was my grandma’s case care manager, Tiphani. She was amazing!!! Coordinating release plans and letting us know updates, as well as kind and compassionate! I can’t thank her enough! ❤️🩹🥰
