Our experience here has been outstanding from the initial contact with the business manager late in a Sunday afternoon, to the nurses and their caring and communication, to the handling of difficult legal and procedural matters, to the therapists, to the referrals and coordination. I toured the Center at Lincoln because my mother in law is having hip surgery next month and I wanted to make sure she got adequate rehab and care afterwards. The staff at Center at Lincoln were so helpful and kind. They have a huge therapy gym and one of the therapists explained to me how much therapy my MIL would get with her insurance. I was able to see an empty room and it was spacious and private! Many I toured had shared rooms which we didn’t like and didn’t seem very well kept. This building was very clean! I can’t say enough good things about this facility. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. My loved one received excellent care during their stay — the nurses were attentive, compassionate, and professional, and the physical therapy team was outstanding.
