The cell plug was the most unprofessional experience I ever encountered. It was suppose to be a one day to order the part and a one hour repair of my iPad screen! After keeping my iPad Pro for over two weeks, numerous phone calls, even stopped by to enquire about the repair. The owner tried to give me someone else ipad, and when I clearly stated that this wasn’t my unit, he argues saying it was. Actually an employee had to correct him. Wow! People, if you don't go to The Cell Plug here in Columbus GA, you're doing yourself a disservice. Mr. TJ and his Team are the best in town. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming people. His pricing is very affordable and fair. I'm taking all of my business needs to them going forward. Please do the same
originally brought my iPhone to a different place where they charged me $75 & they said my phone was NOT fixable. I was recommended this place and brought it here and within 3 minutes my phone was on & working, and I was only charged a diagnostic fee. great customer service & very nice!! So thankful for all of their help.
Would give zero stars if I could. I had a bad feeling from the start when I walked in choking on smoke. Place was smoked out and he acted like he was on some sort of drugs. Please don't take your electronics here! It's plenty other places that doesn't charge nothing upfront until your electronics are fixed! Once you leave your items with this man they'll never be the same!
Really hopeful to be able to improve this 3 star review. I appreciated the help yesterday to replace a dead iPhone screen, especially after hours (I showed up not knowing the hours and the owners were still there). I was asked for $120 to replace my iPhone 13 screen, which I paid. In the process, my faceID chip was clipped. Oh well… not ideal but I was still going to have a working phone.
