Cell Plug not only took care of the repair, but he also gave me a discount for all the trouble I’d been through. The customer service was incredible — friendly, professional, and honest. The cell plug was the most unprofessional experience I ever encountered. It was suppose to be a one day to order the part and a one hour repair of my iPad screen! After keeping my iPad Pro for over two weeks, numerous phone calls, even stopped by to enquire about the repair. The owner tried to give me someone else ipad, and when I clearly stated that this wasn’t my unit, he argues saying it was. Actually an employee had to correct him. Wow!
