The cell plug was the most unprofessional experience I ever encountered. It was suppose to be a one day to order the part and a one hour repair of my iPad screen! After keeping my iPad Pro for over two weeks, numerous phone calls, even stopped by to enquire about the repair. The owner tried to give me someone else ipad, and when I clearly stated that this wasn’t my unit, he argues saying it was. Actually an employee had to correct him. Wow! People, if you don't go to The Cell Plug here in Columbus GA, you're doing yourself a disservice. Mr. TJ and his Team are the best in town. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming people. His pricing is very affordable and fair. I'm taking all of my business needs to them going forward. Please do the same
originally brought my iPhone to a different place where they charged me $75 & they said my phone was NOT fixable. I was recommended this place and brought it here and within 3 minutes my phone was on & working, and I was only charged a diagnostic fee. great customer service & very nice!! So thankful for all of their help.
I have had good experience with him but this time was a little different my 16 yr old went to get her phone fixed. He had someone working there that was in training and they broke her phone worse than what it was, he said he would fix it. He kept her phone and gave her a loaner phone and that didn’t work either he called me on Tuesday May 13th and said he had fixed the phone just to get there and the phone was not fixed and he had broken the speaker on the phone.
