Fantastic service today as always. We are a long time customer. I wanted to sell my old iPhone and also had a tablet screen which had come unglued. Kevin gave me a great price on my phone. He didn’t charge me anything to add the glue on my tablet. Made sure it was nice and clean-blew out any dust. Also, he has taken phones with no resale value and fixed those for domestic violence victims to use. he said he would be there at 1:00 so I got there at 12:50, that’s cool whatever. then he said he’s running a little bit behind now this is 20 minutes later, he said he will be there in 10 minutes. I was a little frustrated but I waited. While I waited two more people showed up. I waited for another 30 minutes and he did not show up. Kevin was amazing today. He was able to fix my daughter‘s phone same day. He did amazing work. My daughter is so happy. He knows what he’s doing. He knows what he’s talking about. The damaged one was missing flashlight. The battery was fried and the back was ruined. He went in there, fixed it no problem and no, my daughter did not mess up the phone. Someone else did. She even loves the new color

I highly recommend this business, I'm a repeat customer and this man does right by me every time. I cracked the screen on my Samsung galaxy 23, he had a screen in stock and let me come in same day! It took maybe 15-20 minutes and he let me hang out and watch the process and could tell me anything and everything i wanted to know about how my phone works. Super kind, very knowledgeable, definitely in the know on any kind of electronic! It was a lot less expensive than i was expecting, i was grateful for that, too!

Could not have asked for a better experience! I needed an iPad screen replaced on a Sunday. I was able to make an appointment same day and he got it fixed in 20 minutes. So nice and so helpful! Highly recommended!
