Drew was absolutely amazing. I dropped off my daughter’s iPhone 11 that had a really badly cracked screen. Upon fixing it, Drew discovered that the battery was bad and leaking. He immediately ordered a new battery which came the next day and had both issues fixed and the phone back on within 24 hours. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Great communication as well. Thank you again Drew!!
