I drove all the way from Palm Springs, California to spend my three week holiday in Chemainus, BC. Included in my first week was a massage at The Cedars Escape and Spa. I wanted the works, so I went with the Ultimate Rejuvenation Package. TWO HOURS!!! TWO FULL HOURS!!! Well, HELLO!!! This puppy did it ALL! I had an amazing experience here on Friday! 90 minute massage with an added facial. Was so relaxing and yet rejuvenating. I have been on cloud 9 ever since. Can't wait to go again soon :)

I had my first massage with Tracy today and it was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the minute you walk into Tracy’s spa the world fades away thanks to the relaxing space she’s created. I look forward to returning as often as possible.
I had the rejuvenation package this afternoon and I literally melted into the table . I left feeling so relaxed . The reflexology massage was incredible . Tracey created a very relaxing space .
