We used Cedar Bus Co for our wedding in Buffalo a few weeks ago. They were on time, easy to work with (Patty was great with communicating via email prior to the event), and even wait for guests at the church who were hanging around a bit longer
Worst ever, have to wait 3 hours due to their poor scheduling(they bypass CV multiple times). Bad drivers who use their phones and slack off delaying the bus by over an hour. Ask me how I know, I'm here watching the drivers slack off at the depot during driver swap. This is the reason I hate public transit.
Very nice shuttle drivers. Always timely, and polite.
CV shuttles are on time, and always warm in winter. The drivers are professional and very nice also
