We used Cedar Bus Co for our wedding transportation in August and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After doing tons of research I realized there are few reputable businesses in the area, and I’m so glad I found them. Patty was extremely communicative and flexible when we had changes to our reservation leading up to the wedding. Felt so much peace of mind working with a company we trusted so completely! The bus was also clean, comfortable, and super friendly driver! Highly recommend!
I am recovering from a stroke. I use a walker and cannot drive...yet. I was looking into a round trip to a doctor's appointment in Dunkirk and a return to Cassadaga. I estimated it to be two hours of service. I attempted to use the online scheduling service with no luck. I tried to leave a phone message with no luck. My impression was their service is geared to groups and overnight trips. In that respect they might be a great company. I can only share my personal experience in trying to arrange transportation for myself.
