Being an out of state transaction, we paid off a vehicle and Cecilian Bank never notified us of receipt nor sent us a release to have the title released. After several weeks, we reached out and they refused to send us a copy of the release as they should have a copy based on banking rules & regs. :(
Great people but they really need to update online that they are on Eastern standard time instead of Central. It causes people to think that they are open for an hour longer than they really are.
Friendly staff. Can make my deposits at the ATM 24 hours a day. I love this.
