All the tellers are so nice a they are so helpful. Very happy to bank here
Been a customer way before they were even called Cecilian bank and past couple of month they have been charging fees saying acct has been negative day before when I have proof the acct was in the positive with money sitting in there night drop to be deposited in my acct first thing in the morning since I work out of town and not around during business hours. Pretty sad they can charge fees in the middle of the night when they ain’t even open… definitely changing banks!
This bank will NOT protect you from unauthorized transactions and con-artist. Stay very far away from them. Just to give a brief summary of what they did ... I had a con-artist hack into my PayPal account that was tied to my Cecilian checking and they stole $500 and PayPal charged me a $14.80 transfer fee.
