Absolutely awful… Do not use
What a scam! Their guaranty is false! I took their course, material did not cover what was on the actual state exam. Wanted a refund but they said I did not complete a module even though I did take the modules and scored 93 to 100% on their practice exams. Their system kept freezing on me and kicking me out of the last module as almost set so you can't complete it and therefore, they would be able to say you can't get a refund which is exactly what happened. I had multiple interactions with customer service, and each one was disappointing. I asked the company to make the situation right, but they were unwilling to help. The descriptions of the real estate course packages are misleading and don't clearly explain what's included. Because of that, I selected the wrong package and now have to pay an additional $400 to get what I actually needed.
