I was loving this way of doing by CEs until it RESET the timer, not once, but 4 times on me. when i asked for help after the first time, they said it was rare that issue would happen. and that i should have taken screenshots.... why would i take screenshots of a working system?? KK, the "real" person on the other side of the call, refused to open an IT ticket because i didnt have screenshots.... im not giving CE shop 1 star, im giving their customer service and IT team a 1 star.
Stay away from CE Shop. The material isn’t great or effective and their partnership with PSI online is terrible. They both shift blame to the other. I’ve paid twice for the exam and received no refund. I’m unable to submit the exam and told it’s my computers fault and continue to wait 3-5 business days. CE Shop has crashed multiple times and work is lost. PSI customer service in India is inefficient and not effective. Your best bet is to do everything in person even if it costs more as they are both a waste of money. Good lu... read more
tried to do my broker elective for 2025 and could not complete the class the time limit kept reseting to 1 hour 20 mins i could nevr make it to the 3 hour 2 min class mark to take the final exam i called support talked to a lady she said they would have IT fix it a week went by nothing changed still could not finish the class spent over 8 hours tryinh to get the timer to 3 hour 20 mins to take the final exam could never get there kept resetting. did the chat support waited for ever then finally some really rude person joined... read more
terrible website and customer service. The site will go down for weeks at a time and you will not be able to work on your classes and no compensation will be offered. Good luck finishing your courses on time!
website does not work. Could not access my class and was not able to get a refund because it was "past 30 days" Besides that, the content is boring, there are no videos or interactive elements. I would recommend GOLD COAST REAL ESTATE SCHOOL instead, this is where I re-purchased and finished my course when CESHOP website continued to go down and they would not assist me in any way.
