My girlfriend and I visited this shop while on vacation in SF and were really impressed. We found The Cave online while researching quality glass sellers and decided to check it out. The store is known for its American-made glass, but a worker mentioned they’ve recently added a small selection of imports to appeal to a wider audience. Placed an order online. Called the store 20 minutes before closing Marissa answered all my questions and just to be safe asked that I call the next day in the am. Called the next day spoke with Jay advises him on my error on shipping method(selected pick up). Said he'd ship it out that same day. Saved me a 6hr drive appreciate you guys
