Terrible customer service, the old granny isn’t someone you can discuss anything with, if you have questions or concerns don’t even bother because she’s always right no matter what the situation is. I understand wanting to avoid scalpers and make sure people who love Pokmon actually get cards, but this method of instantly being rude and not even making a lick of sense to go with your random accusations is downright hilariously pathetic. Please take a deeper look into your business methods because they clearly aren’t working... read more
AVOID THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A CARD SHOP AT ALL COSTS every time i’ve been to this store has been a painfully negative experience. all staff is extremely rude and treat you like it’s your first social interaction. I haven’t been to this store in months because they’re always my very last option but this one time i went in for a gift for my little cousin who’s never even been to this store btw lives on a completely different part of town. and the balding guy came up to the grumpy old lady trish and whispered something about me a... read more

I would give a zero for today's visit, but I feel generous. What a bunch of thieves. Want to change you $99.99 for pokmon trainer box, and then they cut off the original plastic which automatically is a -$80.00 in value. They say they don't want anyone scalping, yet that's exactly what they are doing. I've spent plenty of money in that store, but will never return. The owner kept telling me, "this may not be the store you should buy from ", and I 100% agree. Goodbye poor business operator. We happen to be collectors, and ... read more
