My fiancé and I came here from February 2025-2026 for weekly Magic the Gathering events and prereleases. I thought the owner was strict and treated people so harshly to protect players, but she just lacks any emotional regulation. For the smallest reasons, she’ll start raising her voice and be aggressive, demeaning, and insulting. Forced to give one star just to review and say its a bad shop with bad business ethics watched them throw a disabled woman out they treat new players awful they overcharge people who have never been to the shop and dont tell them if you are from out of town even its only 40 mins away cause you will be paying much higher prices horrible place dont waste your time at this place report it so it can't hold events

The things going on at this game store are absolutely disgraceful. being denied product because a regular "might" want it, is disgusting business practice. We have enough scalpers in the TCG community as it is, so seeing an owner of a store do it is disgusting. The reviews talking about the owner being "kind" must be people who accept her horrible treatment as normal.
