The Castle is hands down the best anime and trading card game store in Texas. I’ve traveled across the U.S., and no other shop even comes close to their selection. As for the negative reviews—many come from people who play elsewhere and are simply trying to take shots at The Castle. Most of their claims don’t hold water. Always a good atmosphere Update: Unless you are part of her inner circle, she will possibly refuse to sell cards to you. Her group of people jumped on me all together lol. It was insane. I will never go back here. I just bought my Gundam Cards from Geek World instead like you told me to Trish. Guess what? They didn't demand that I come play with them to buy the cards lol. Isn't that wild? People actually treating customers with respect.
10/10!! the owner is so sweet and welcoming. i went in to look for a gift for my boyfriend i had no idea on what to get she was so helpful. she even gift wrapped the present for me. i highly recommend going!!!
Went with my husband to pick up some cards, the environment was really welcoming, the owner took the time to show us around and the items we’ve asked of she had, she explained many different things to us and made us feel super excited to return! We were also new to the store and had never been. I’m not sure what all these bad reviews are going on about but my husband and I didn’t feel that way and wasn’t treated per the reviews.
