The staff at Cascades are outstanding! My mom has been there four years & she continues to thrive.
Staff are negligent, argumentative. Constantly understaffed. Usually 1 LPN covering 4 floors and maybe 1 care aide for 2 floors. I called 3 times in one dat and waited 30 minutes each time, no one picked up the phone at all. The negligence is horrendous there, my grandfather had an unwitnessed fall, not clear if he hit his head. And they just found in on the floor. Staff are uneducated and will argue about everything. This is a fantastic facility. The staff are super nice. The grounds are well kept. When someone is ill and at that point in life they meed to be somewhere that can care for my them properly so they can pass pain free and with dignity. Thank you Cascade Hospice for caring for a dear friend. It’s hard to believe tomorrow, July 12 2022 will be 3 years since I sat with my friend Lenard Wilson as he took his wings. Miss u so much
