If you dont want to speak to your loved one or are okay with all your calls going unanswered this is the home for your family member. My brother's and I try calling all the time to speak with our grandparent. Ive only gotten through 3 times. We call at appropriate times. If you call "too much" they block your number. The Cascades Senior Community has been an incredible blessing to our family. Every person—from the office staff to the nursing team, care staff, kitchen staff, and all who serve—treats my mom with such kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. They truly feel like angels on our path. Knowing she is surrounded by people who care for her so well gives us deep peace, and that’s why I would wholeheartedly recommend The Cascades to others.
The staff at Cascades are outstanding! My mom has been there four years & she continues to thrive.
Staff are negligent, argumentative. Constantly understaffed. Usually 1 LPN covering 4 floors and maybe 1 care aide for 2 floors. I called 3 times in one dat and waited 30 minutes each time, no one picked up the phone at all. The negligence is horrendous there, my grandfather had an unwitnessed fall, not clear if he hit his head. And they just found in on the floor. Staff are uneducated and will argue about everything.
