My first time visiting the Center. I am disabled and have mobility issues. There is no wheelchair accessibility. Can someone explain to me why a Senior Citizen Center does not have a ramp? The Director did not take accountability for this and blamed NYC. Maybe the Director should schedule an appointment and meet in person to expedite the solution to this problem.
