Worst law firm ever don't use! Never followed up, no returned calls or emails for over 2 years! Proper paper work wasn't sent or done correctly. Nikole was rude and arrogant when I finally did get to speak to her and then she yelled at me. Then told me I had a bill, but then never to call her office! Very unprofessional! Our case from 4 years ago is still wrong and we will have to find a legit legal firm to handle for us. Don't use. Love the “owners” response, this lady. But she knew who I was and took my checks! Nicole Carson is a poor excuse for a lawyer. How about I just came home and just found out my chapter 13 was dismissed. Nicole don't know how to call her clients back to inform them of anything. Very unprofessional. All she is about make money off people with know care for the clients. She don't deserve 1 star.
