My wife and I visited the Carrollton today for my parents , and we got a tour from Candice. We were both so impressed with her knowledge of assisted living in general, and her compassion but also straightforward approach. We came away much more knowledgeable moving forward, and we were impressed with the Carrollton facility.
They could do more for my mom. I had two simple important requests and both requests have been ignored and not carried through. These requests concern her health and well-being. My mother who is 94, is behind paying her rent. There are issues regarding payment and I wish STEVE in billing would better communicate with family so we could get The Carrollton paid. My wife, who has late stage dementia, moved to the Memory Care part of The Carrollton a short while ago. Jen, the person who provided the information about the place and helped with the transition paperwork was great. The physical facility is very clean and very nice. Upon moving the nurses and assistants on the third floor, and in general, have been quite attentive to her needs, very helpful and always friendly. The Carrollton Staff has been so good to my mom- they take great care of her and always kind when I see them interacting with the residents.
