My wife, who has late stage dementia, moved to the Memory Care part of The Carrollton a short while ago. Jen, the person who provided the information about the place and helped with the transition paperwork was great. The physical facility is very clean and very nice. Upon moving the nurses and assistants on the third floor, and in general, have been quite attentive to her needs, very helpful and always friendly. The Carrollton New Orleans is, in a word, lovely. I toured several assisted living facilities throughout the city when I was looking for a place for my father to move to after surgery and rehab. We moved my mom here a couple of months ago and have been so impressed with all the staff at The Carrollton. Every single person from Maintenance, Nursing, Housekeeping and Management has been professional, friendly, compassionate and so kind to our family. The facility is bright and cheerful and is a pleasant place to come visit. We feel so lucky to have Mom in a good place.
