The staff works hard. Unfortunately they are understaffed and overworked. Lots of turnover and your family members get shorted on services.

I have a friend who is currently living at The Carriage House, and I have been to visit several times. There are many room plans to choose from, and each apartment is deep cleaned and equipped with appliances before it is occupied. Note that the price quoted by management may be overruled and raised by corporate. Meals are well made with good variety; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided at set times with a few options. My mother lived there for two years. moved in with the apartment dirty. never offered to come in and clean. I cleaned the walls down never was the rug cleaned by the facility, promised over and over and over again to come in and replace the rug and/or put down wood flooring or new rug never followed through talk to them at least once a month.
