While nothing is ideal when having to utilize extended care for a parents deteriorating health; the staff and administrators here are wonderful and very supportive to ensure very good care of your loved one and address concerns timely. I always leave feeling my mom is in good hands and know that she is loved when I’m not able to be there. Kindest Regards ~ Jenn Babcock
My is mom is being taken care very well there.
My mother was at the Carriage House off and on for a couple months before being transferred to Covenant. While she was there, the staff were friendly and my mother never complained of her care. Thank you deeply.
Clean with a great friendly staff taking good care of my brother
I’m thankful my mom is at Carriage House. It’s always clean with friendly & attentive staff. The numerous activities are creative & fun, with lots of staff participation to interact with residents. CNAs & nurses are patient and pay attention to individual needs. Shout out to Michelle, Kathi, Melissa, Kayy and P/T Lisa for exceptional care. And dietician Jaime was proactive with eating issues. Thank you also to Jennifer Lapan for help navigating Medicare.
