Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always have what I need and if not they are super fast to order for you. Competitive pricing. Great atmosphere. The most beloved greeter too!
Wonderful knowledgeable people always feel welcome, never rushed.
Ordered a saddle and other product. When I inquired about shipping after placing the order, customer service gave me the run around. Stating it could be a few days but that werent sure how long it would take since it had to be brought over from another warehouse. Which should not take days. Price was not any different from Dover or SmartPak and stated on the website that it should ship out in within 2 to 3 days after order was placed. Wont use this group again.
