They are unresponsive and do not appear to be doing ANYTHING to expedite my disability claim. I’ve requested a meeting, but my request has so far been ignored.

The customer service at this firm is terrible. They do not have any good means of contact. You have to wait 1-2 hours just for a 5 min meeting. And the secretary isn't helpful at all.
