I've been trusting Kevin with our taxes and giving him our personal information to do so, but all of a sudden he ghosts out! I've been waiting for him for a long time since February. I am upset.
At first I thought he was good, but that was due to my pure ignorance. After taking my money to set up my LLC business, he ghosted me. Never returned calls, emails, or text messages. It’s like he fell off the end of the earth. Incredibly poor communication throughout my entire experience with him.
I'd give him zero stars if I could. He did our taxes and will not return our paperwork. Who does that?
Kevin Carlton of the Carlton Group is not a CPA as his office repeatedly say's he is. We hired Kevin and payed his fee but he did not do the work he said he could and would do. Kevin did not have a problem cashing our check for his services he never provided. Kevin is not to be trusted we are desperately trying to get our important financial paperwork back from him he will not return are paperwork or our calls. I went to Kevin to do my income tax. He forgot to send in some forms so I got back $1500 less then I was suppose to, called him back when I saw the mistake he said he would fix it 3 months later no money and my calls go straight to voicemail and the office phone the secretary says he doesnt give us his schedule and they dont know when he'll be in the office, but I will leave him a message and a voicemail.
