Great experience we rented a Van for a small move over the weekend staff was very friendly, Fab and Nick made this a wonderful experience stress free pick up and the vehicle was super clean in and out highly recommend this company for any car or truck rental.
Absolutely avoid The Car Rental Place. As many others have already pointed out in Google reviews, this company simply cannot be trusted. Communication is practically non-existent. You’re left chasing them for basic information, if you get any response at all. Worse, they seem to actively look for any loophole or technicality to squeeze extra charges out of you. What should be a straightforward rental experience turns into a frustrating and costly ordeal. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere reputable.
Fraudulent and misleading business practices. I was pressured into purchasing additional insurance despite already having full rental coverage through my credit card. I have rented vehicles across many countries and have never encountered such conduct. I came to drop my vehicle at Armour Lab and was advised that I could conveniently rent a vehicle from the company located across the road. I accepted the suggestion.
