Our experience with The Car Carriage was five stars! This being our first time shipping a vehicle, we were a little unsure of the whole process as well as a bit nervous. We spoke to James Taylor more than once about the process. Everything he told us was spot on as to how the whole process worked. The driver was prompt and courteous. From our experience we highly recommend this company.
I had an absolutely awful experience with The car carriage , and I feel obligated to warn others about this unprofessional outfit. I recently bought a car at an auction and needed it towed to my location. I called this towing company ahead of time to confirm they could handle the job. They assured me over the phone that they could pick up the car and deliver it to me, so I trusted their word, took a day off work on August 29, 2025, and rearranged my entire schedule to make it happen. He disappear after sign the paper, no call answerred, missed the delivery date, the worst car shipping experience ever had. Be aware!!!
I’ve shipped several cars in the past few years and this company far exceeds the others I’ve used. I will definitely use them from here on out. Couldn’t beat the price point either! Fast, reliable and just plain easy! Very good company.
They ghosted us! After giving the deposit and arranging pickup for our cross country car transport, they did not respond to our number calls, texts and emails. The three day window for pickup came and went without anyone contacting us. On the final day arranged for pickup we tried again to get a status…..no one would respond. BEWARE!
