Cannot rate this branch highly enough. I am from Melbourne and took on a home loan via Shauna - very easy process of doing it over the phone and through email. No need to live in QLD. I have been with three other banks for my home loans and The Capricornian beats them all for customer service and value. Recommend others to consider them - forget the big banks. The app is also easy to use.
What can I say? Seona has mad the entire application process so easy. She has give her best service to us and we have felt heard and listened to all the way through. Even when we were a little grumpy. She is simply the best! There are not enough words…
Been with this bank since park avenue about 30+ years. Used to get loans with a blink of an eye, not anymore. Not even with a $50,000 deposit for a house less than $200,000 & working fulltime & good credit. Serviceability is what its all about now & if you cannot meet their ridiculous requirements its a no go. Not happy, will go to a broker and remove all my 5 accounts with them, good riddance.
