Frustrated with the lack of communication as in there isn’t any whenever I try to leave a message for someone to respond to a concern I get no response
THIS IS SAD BUT TRUE... 24 HOUR CARE. When we call about our mom... The phone is never operable to get anyone. No one ever answers the phone. Everyone on here is new to this place. Let your family member have an emergency and see how fast they move for you then. My mom is 80 and we have to call 911 to do something that they should be doing. Checking on my mom ... I live in Arkansas, but needed a home to put my mother in, in Georgia. We chose the canopy at Westridge in McDonough Georgia. They understood the urgency we needed to get her in as quickly as we could and everyone there has been fantastic and helped in every way possible. We are so excited to be part of this community!!
