Very nice, new facility. Great activities director. 3 stars deducted for the meals. Meals used to be acceptable a few months ago, but the food quality has now deteriorated significantly. Considering the cost to live there, the food should be much better. UPDATE: Best thing about this facility was Jay, the activities director, but he is now gone. Whatever happened, the residents hope they get him back!

Frustrated with the lack of communication as in there isn’t any whenever I try to leave a message for someone to respond to a concern I get no response
THIS IS SAD BUT TRUE... 24 HOUR CARE. When we call about our mom... The phone is never operable to get anyone. No one ever answers the phone. Everyone on here is new to this place. Let your family member have an emergency and see how fast they move for you then. My mom is 80 and we have to call 911 to do something that they should be doing. Checking on my mom ...
