We took our grandmother for a tour and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the facility. Several residents appeared to be neglected, and personal hygiene seemed to be a concern. We were invited to stay for a lunch tour, but unfortunately, the meal served to us was not up to standard, there was a hair on my plate. My mom lived at Camelot almost 7 years, and she was very happy there. The staff is caring and attentive, and we would like to give a special shout-out to Jojo's Angels, who are the wonderful caregivers that were always there for mom.
Fantastic facility. Gem Antibus was wonderful and so informative. I would highly recommend this facility and her services.
Great place to have your loved ones took such good care of my grandpa care staff is very loving friendly the place is nice..
