I booked an appointment a few days a head of time for a guest from out of town. Your website says you have a ZERO tolerance for no shows and late cancellations. I believe, if you are going to have that expectation on your clients then your clients will absolutely have the same expectation on your clinic. So, when YOU canceled the appointment an hour and half before her time, I believe you violated your own policy. Calm Therapeutic Centre is very welcoming, clean and relaxing. I’ve been seeing Sarah Pfeiffer for roughly 10 months and I can’t recommend her enough. I prefer more of a deep tissue massage to relieve any knots I have. She does an amazing job of getting in there and releasing any knots while also making it a very relaxing experience. She does an amazing job and is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. Highly recommend booking with her!

Highly recommend! The space is very inviting, beautiful, clean & indeed calm! I had a MLD massage with Lindsay which was so relaxing & soothing that I fell asleep 😊 Afterwards, I felt clearer & the heaviness I had been feeling in my legs was reduced. ~ Erin
