75% of the people at this place are rude, unprofessional, and/or condescending. The management doesn't care and doesn't respond to complaints. I grimace whenever I have to call them, afraid that "Nick" will be the one to pick up, he likes to argue with the customers and he's also extremely unprofessional in every way there is.
