My wife and I ordered the Crave ’n Cups from The Cake Girl and it blew us away. The whole process was fast and easy and delivery was quick, and they even included a handwritten card. How thoughtful is that? It put a smile on my face. The Crave ’n Cups themselves were perfect: and it was also delicious and there was a variety of flavors. Perfect and delicious!
My wife called in and spoke with someone by the name of Caroline. I was in utter shock to listen to how she had no regard for my wife's requests or concerns, regarding my daughters 1st birthday cake. She grudgingly rushed her off the phone, spoke over her, and showed a lack of care. Its a shame that service was delivered this way because the owner has set a tone for service before self, emboding the very details her mother advised her at a young age. The Cake Girl is the best of the best when it comes to creating cakes and having them delivered. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, variety and full customisations of their cakes are top tier!! Highly recommend for any sweets, desserts, and especially cakes. I had them create my 30th birthday cake, and now wedding cake, and their work is impeccable!
