Best meat i have found in town. The burgers are amazing. He makes them from filets. I regularly smoke chuck roasts from here and they are always tender after a long cook. If you walkout with a brisket he makes sure you know how to slice it first. His coldcuts are outstanding and his potato salad and his baked beans are near perfection. When i need suggestions he is always spot on. Lifetime customer here.
I searched for a butcher to find fresh ham salad. I got a taste test and it seemed OK. I ordered the large 2# container. $23!! I said, no, that's too much, and left without it. There weren't prices. The items being offered were pretty haphazardly displayed. Place looks like it could use a woman's touch.
I've been twice now. Let me put it this way, I love my wife and she does many amazing things--but if you want to ask someone to make a sandwich, this is the place to go. Great deli meat, cheese, toppings, etc. Would recommend to anyone
If you live in the area, you need to check this meat store out. Great quality and a large selection of items.
We love the Tuna Salad, Salmon Salad Chicken salad here, they make it fresh every day. Just cant do the Kroger salads any longer. Always greeted with a smile and locally owned. Highly recommend. Steaks are great too, always the freshest.
