Don't buy Plygem windows . After only 4 years my large front window has moisture between the glass . I've made several calls to the building center and to the warranty center and no one has taken time to help me in anyway. The warranty dept did tell me if they sent a new window that I would have to pay for shipping and handling. Another words I would have to pay for the window and installation .
Internet says we can buy bricks here. This place doesn't sell to public. They only make roof trusses for contractors.
We went in to buy wood and was informed we'd have to visit the Rock Hill location for that. However once we mentioned what we were building they were very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't get wood but we ended up getting a lot of useful information. Thank you
